TechSquare SA ("TechSquare", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Belgian law.

We only collect the data you actively provide to us. When you use the contact form on this website, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Your profile type (company, freelance consultant, candidate, or other)
• The content of your message

Our web host also processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser information) in server logs for security and reliability purposes. This website does not use any analytics or advertising trackers.

3. Why we use your data and the legal basis

We process the data from the contact form solely to respond to your request and follow up on it. Depending on the nature of your request, the legal basis is either:

• your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you voluntarily submit the form; and/or
• our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in answering enquiries and developing business relationships; and/or
• the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell your data.

4. Who has access to your data

Your data is accessed only by authorised TechSquare staff. We rely on a limited number of carefully selected service providers ("processors") who act on our instructions:

• Hosting — our website and application servers are hosted with OVH (European infrastructure).
• Email delivery — Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) is used to deliver the transactional email generated by the contact form.

Data submitted through this website's contact form is processed within the European Union (OVH, Brevo).

Transfers outside the EU. Where TechSquare uses AI-based services to match consultant profiles with assignments (on our freelance portal), some data may be processed by a service provider located outside the European Union, including in the United States. Such transfers are framed by the appropriate safeguards required under Chapter V of the GDPR (notably the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision where applicable). We may also disclose data where required by law.

We keep contact-form data only for as long as necessary to handle your request. Unless a business relationship is established (in which case data is retained for the duration of that relationship and applicable legal periods), we delete enquiry data within 12 months of our last contact with you.

Our freelance portal (portal.techsquare.be) is a separate service where consultants create accounts and upload CVs. The processing of personal data on that platform — including AI-based mission matching — is described in the dedicated privacy policy available within the portal.
